By accessing or using THE VEIL ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
THE VEIL is an entertainment and spiritual exploration platform offering AI-assisted readings, community features, and personal consultation services. All content is for entertainment purposes only as outlined in our Disclaimer.
2. Membership
Membership is billed at $25 per month. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Portrait Purchases
Soulmate portrait purchases ($9.99 non-member / $4.99 member) are digital products delivered immediately upon payment. Due to the digital nature of this product, all portrait purchases are final unless a technical failure prevents delivery.
4. Personal Readings with Anna
Personal readings ($80) are professional consultation sessions with Anna. These must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit 50% of the session fee. No-shows forfeit the full fee.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; harass, threaten, or harm other community members; post false, misleading, or defamatory content; attempt to circumvent payment systems; share login credentials; or use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service.
6. Community Guidelines
The community forum is a sacred space for sharing spiritual experiences. Content that is hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, or promotes illegal activity will be removed. Repeat violations result in permanent removal.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on THE VEIL — including the logo, design, readings, and brand identity — is the intellectual property of Anna / Digital Outlaw. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANNA / DIGITAL OUTLAW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 30 DAYS.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Anna operates. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

AI Readings & Data

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Ever. Period.

Refund Policy
We want every experience with THE VEIL to feel valuable and fair. Here is our complete refund policy:
Monthly Membership — $25/month
- You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then
- We do not issue refunds for partial months already billed
- If you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days for a full refund
Soulmate Portraits — $4.99 / $9.99
- Portrait purchases are digital products delivered immediately — all sales are final
- If a technical failure prevents portrait delivery, contact us within 48 hours for a full refund or re-generation
- Dissatisfaction with the artistic style or content does not qualify for a refund, as all portraits are clearly described as AI-generated entertainment
Personal Readings with Anna — $80
- Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled session
- 50% refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before the session
- No refund for no-shows
- If Anna must cancel or reschedule, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at your choice
- If you are dissatisfied with your reading, please contact us — Anna is committed to your wellbeing and will work with you on a case by case basis
How to Request a Refund
Email anna@theveil.com with your name, email used for payment, purchase date, and reason for request. Eligible refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method via Stripe.
Disputes
If you have a payment dispute, please contact us before filing a chargeback. We will work with you to resolve any issue promptly and fairly.
